病毒合剂联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗儿童甲型流行性感冒的临床观察

摘要:

[目的]评价病毒合剂联合磷酸奥司他韦（达菲）治疗甲型流行性感冒的临床疗效。[方法]将2018年12月-2019年3月天津市儿童医院门急诊或住院治疗的60例甲型流感患儿采用随机数字法分为对照组及治疗组，每组各30例。对照组采用达菲治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联合天津市儿童医院自行研制的病毒合剂治疗，疗程5 d。比较两组患者的临床有效率，治疗前后的中医症状积分及主要症状消失时间。[结果]治疗组患儿的临床总有效率高于对照组，发热、咳嗽、鼻塞、恶寒、肌肉关节酸痛症状的消失时间短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），而在喷嚏、流涕、头痛、咽痛、全身乏力症状消失时间上两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组患儿治疗前中医症状积分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗组治疗后中医症状积分明显低于对照组，治疗组治疗前后中医症状积分的差值高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患儿均未见不良反应。[结论]病毒合剂联合达菲治疗甲型流行性感冒的临床效果及主要症状消失时间均优于单用达菲治疗，临床值得推广。

Abstract:

[Objective] To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Virus Mixture combined with Oseltamivir Hydrochloride (Tamiflu) in the treatment of influenza A.[Methods] Sixty cases of children with influenza A treated in outpatient and emergency or hospitalization departments of Tianjin children's hospital from December 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,30 children in each group. The control group was treated with Tamiflu,and the experimental group was treated with the Virus Mixture developed by our hospital on the basic therapy of the control group for 5 days. The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score and main symptoms disappearance time before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.[Results] The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the disappearance time of fever,cough,nasal obstruction,chills,muscle and joint pain were shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the disappearance time of sneezing,runny nose,headache,pharyngalgia and general fatigue between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group is lower than the control group,and before the treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group is higher than the control group's (P<0.05). No adverse reactions were observed in either group.[Conclusion] The clinical effect and main symptoms disappearance time of Virus Mixture combined with Tamiflu in treating influenza A were better than that of Tamiflu alone,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
