运气学说指导下的黄连茯苓汤临床应用体会

摘要:

文章通过临床验案理解应用五运六气方黄连茯苓汤的方法，通过观察黄连茯苓汤应用于中风病合并血糖高及皮肤瘙痒证、胸闷憋气证、月经淋漓不尽证的临床疗效，观察运气方的应用方法及适用范围。辨证应用黄连茯苓汤可以取得临床疗效，运气方配伍严谨，临床疗效好。

Abstract:

To understand the method of applying Huanglian Fuling Decoction based on wuyun liuqi theory through clinical case study. Through observing the clinical efficacy of Huanglian Fuling Decoction in treating apoplexy complicated with hyperglycemia and skin itching,chest tightness and qi-suffocation,and menstrual period extension,we tried to summarize the application method and scope of Yunqi Decoction. The clinical curative effect of Huanglian Fuling Decoction can be achieved by differentiation of symptoms and signs.Yunqi Decoction has strict compatibility and good clinical effects.
