摘要:

张曾譻主任认为恶急性甲状腺炎（简称亚甲炎）病机是因长期情志内伤导致精明失养，又遭外感风热疫毒之邪，风热挟痰结毒，用之于颈前而成瘿肿疼痛之证。他将亚急性甲状腺炎治疗分为急性期、慢性期。急性期阶段予以清热解毒，健脑宁心、柔肝滋肾方剂；慢性期阶段又分为甲状腺功能亢进（简称甲亢）期及甲状腺功能减退（简称甲减）期，分别予健脑宁心、柔肝滋肾及健脑宁心、活血通络方剂，取得了较好的临床疗效。

Abstract:

ZHANG Zengying considers that the pathogenesis of subacute thyroiditis (SAT) is caused by long-term emotional internal injuries leading to brain loss of nourishing,the invasion of exogenous pathogenic of noxious wind-heat carrying phlegm,resulting in the symptoms of goiter and pain in front of neck. Professor ZHANG summarized the treatment of SAT into acute and chronic stages. It has achieved good clinical effect by using the prescription in acute stage which has the function of heat-clearing and detoxifying,brain-nourishing and heart-calming,kidney and liver-nourishing. The prescriptions in chronic stage divided into hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism which have the function of brain-nourishing and heart-calming,kidney and liver-nourishing and the function of brain-nourishing and heart-calming,blood circulation-promoting and collaterals-dredging respectively.
