慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变大鼠造模方法的文献研究

摘要:
[目的]通过对相关文献的整理,把握现阶段慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)及胃癌前病变(PLGC)大鼠造模方法研究现状,为进一步完善该病的动物模型制备提供有益指导。[方法]全面检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文期刊数据库(VIP)及万方数据库自建库至2018年7月31日关于慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变大鼠实验研究,纳入相关文献进行分析。[结果]最终纳入的140篇文献涉及153种造模方法,造模实验动物以雄性、4~6周龄大鼠为主;造模方法多见于复合因素造模,N-甲基-N'-硝基-N-亚硝基胍(MNNG)为主要造模药物;在造模周期方面,单因素与复合因素造模的平均周期不具有统计学差异。[结论]CAG模型的建立具有较长周期、较高死亡率的特点,建立稳定、理想的实验动物模型仍需更深入地探索。

Literature study on the modeling of chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions in rats

Abstract:
[Objective] Through the collation of related literatures,to study the current status of the modeling methods of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) and precancerous lesions (PLGC) in rats,and to provide useful guidance for further improving the animal model of this disease.[Methods] A comprehensive search of CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Database Self-built Library to July 31,2018 on experimental study of chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions in rats,including relevant literature for analysis.[Results] A total of 140 literatures were included,including 153 modeling methods. The modeling method is mostly used in compound factor modeling,and MNNG is the main modeling drug. In the aspect of modeling cycle,the average period of single factor and compound factor modeling was not statistically different.[Conclusion] The establishment of CAG model has the characteristics of longer period and higher mortality,and the establishment of stable and ideal experimental animal model still needs to be further explored.
