| “阴火”一词，首先出现在古代的文学作品里，是对自然现象的一种描述，中医将其引入到防病治病的方法和理论中，自李东垣提出“阴火”，后世医家对其进行了发展和演化，扩展为内伤气虚、血虚、阴虚、阳虚的广义阴火，属内伤发热的范畴。从病理阴火，到药物阴火，再到生理阴火，使得阴火理论产生了发展和变革。 |

| Abstract: |
| The term "yin fire" first appeared in ancient literary works as a description of natural phenomena,which was introduced by traditional Chinese medicine into methods and theories of disease prevention and treatment. LI Dongyuan put forward "yin fire",and later physicians have developed and evolved it,expanding it into the generalized "yin fire" including internal injury qi deficiency,blood deficiency,yin deficiency and yang deficiency,all above belongs to the category of internal injury fever. From pathological "yin fire" to medicinal "yin fire",and then to physiological "yin fire",the theory of "yin fire" has developed and changed. |
