| 乳腺癌内分泌治疗是乳腺癌术后激素受体阳性的临床常用治疗手段，服用内分泌治疗药物的患者会出现类更年期综合征、骨质疏松、关节疼痛，子宫内膜增厚、肝功能异常、脂代谢紊乱的不良反应，目前西医无安全有效的治疗方法。文章就中医三焦角度，从上焦补益心肺，调和营卫；中焦疏肝健脾，合胃消导；下焦活血通络，调理冲任，以治疗内分泌治疗相关毒副反应。 |

| Endocrine therapy for breast cancer is a common clinical treatment for hormone receptor positive in breast cancer. Patients taking endocrine therapy may have climacteric syndrome,osteoporosis,joint pain,endometrial thickening,abnormal liver function,and adverse reactions of lipid metabolism disorder. Currently there is no safe and effective treatment method for western medicine. Based on the theory of Sanjiao in TCM,the therapy of upper-jiao should supplement the heart and lung,and make the coordinate ying and wei,the therapy of middle-jiao should disperse liver qi and strengthen spleen,regulate the stomach and discharge stagnation,the therapy of lower-jiao should promote blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals,harmonize chong and ren. All the therapies aim to alleviate the toxic side effects of endocrine. |
