| 白祯祥教授认为气血虚弱型产后缺乳多与脾胃虚弱及肝脏失常有关，其病性虚实夹杂，但总体以虚为主，治疗当以"健脾胃，益气血，疏肝郁，通乳络"为原则，采用健脾和胃，益气养血，疏郁通乳之法，自拟通乳方治疗，临床疗效显著。 |

| BAI Zhenxiang,an old Chinese medicine doctor,believes that qi and blood deficiency postpartum hypogalactia is mostly related to spleen and stomach weakness and liver disorders,and its nature of disease is mixed with deficiency and excess,but deficiency is the main nature. The treatment should be based on the principle of "strengthening spleen and stomach,invigorating qi and blood,soothing liver and relieving depression,and promoting lactation collaterals". The method of invigorating spleen and stomach,reinforcing qi and nourishing blood,dredging stasis and smoothing milk,and the self-made promoting lactation prescription are used for treatment,with significant clinical effects. |
