| 《脏腑图点穴法》中“阴陵泉”的定位探析 |

| 《脏腑图点穴法》是近代推拿学中影响较大的按摩学专著，但因为其源于道家独特的理论观点，在穴位名称、定位和操作术式上与传统中医不尽一致，存在穴位与传统经穴同名而实异的现象，容易造成读者理解上的偏差。"阴陵泉"的定位，是争议颇多之处。目前关于"阴陵泉"的定位争议主要有3种：认为其定位与传统中医的阴陵泉穴（SP9）、曲泉穴（LR08）或血海穴（SP10）相同。考虑到该书受众较广，影响面较大，厘清"阴陵泉"之定位，对于临床具有重要意义。经过多方考证，"阴陵泉"应为《脏腑图点穴法》中的特定穴。 |

| Acupoint Pressing Therapy of Zang and Fu is a modern massage study with greater impact. However,there are many unique theoretical viewpoints and operations about name,location and operation of acupoints,which is different with the view of traditional Chinese medicine and easy for readers to misunderstand. It is controversy about the location of yinlingquan acupoint. At present,there are three main points:yinlingquan(SP9),ququan(R08),xuehai(SP10). Considering that the book has large influence,it is of great significance for the clinic to clarify the location of yinlingquan. After many researches,the author believes that yinlingquan which is descripts in Acupoint Pressing Therapy of Zang and Fu should be a specific acupoint rather than the above three viewpoints. |
