摘要:

总结李赛美教授运用经方治疗儿科糖尿病的辨证思路、临床应用及特点。李赛美教授认为运用经方应以辨证论治思想为原则，具体以六经辨证及八纲辨证为主，辨证时应注重患儿脏腑娇嫩、反应清灵等生理特点，采用方证对应的治疗方式，用药时注重药味及用量的调整。临床上治疗特点为药取平和，忌大热寒，随体量定。其中运脾调脾是主线，疏肝宜关注。

Abstract:

This paper summarizes the dialectical thought,clinical application and characteristics of Professor LI Saimei in the treatment of paediatric diabetes mellitus with classical prescription. Professor LI believes that the application of classical prescription should be based on the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,specifically focus on the differentiation of symptoms and signs of six meridians and eight principles,pay attention to the physiological characteristics such as delicate viscera and reaction to qingling in syndrome differentiation,adopt the corresponding way of prescription and syndrome,and pay attention to the adjustment of drug taste and quantity when taking medicine. Clinical treatment is characterized by calm medicine,avoiding great heat and cold,with the volume determined. Among them,the way of spleen transport and spleen regulation is the main point,and soothing the liver should be concerned.
