| 胰腺癌是一种起病隐匿、进展迅猛、疗效欠佳、生存期短、预后极差的恶性肿瘤，素有"癌中之王"之称。目前临床缺乏较为有效的治疗手段。李佩文教授在中医药治疗胰腺癌方面经验丰富，提出"健脾益气、清热化湿"主要治则。文章通过介绍李佩文教授治疗胰腺癌的辨证思路和典型病案，总结其临证经验，为中医药治疗胰腺癌提供理论依据。 |

| Pancreatic cancer is a malignant tumor with hidden onset,rapid progress,poor curative effect,short survival time and poor prognosis,known as the "king of cancer". At present,there is no effective treatment in clinic. Professor LI Peiwen has rich experience in the treatment of pancreatic cancer with traditional Chinese medicine and puts forward the main principles of "strengthening spleen and qi,clearing heat and removing dampness". This article introduces Professor LI's dialectical thinking and case-checking examples in the treatment of pancreatic cancer,summarizes his clinical experience,and provides theoretical basis for the treatment of pancreatic cancer with traditional Chinese medicine. |
