摘要:

归纳总结中医刮痧疗法疾病谱，为临床应用发展提供参考依据。采用文献计量学方法，对中国知网、万方医学、维普期刊、中国生物医学文献服务系统中刮痧临床观察类论文报道的病证，按照病证分类进行分析总结，并对成人和儿童分别统计。刮痧疾病谱病证总频次1 258个，共涵盖19类，185个病证。成人疾病18类，其中西医疾病144种，西医症状6种，中医病证22种，共172种。儿童疾病8类，其中西医疾病18种，西医症状2种，中医病证7种，共27种。频次在50次以上疾病为颈椎病、肩周炎和失眠，三者占成人疾病总频次的27.37%。单纯使用刮痧疗法的文献有374篇，刮痧联合其他疗法的文献874篇。刮痧疾病谱范围广，优势病种突出，成人疾病以骨骼肌肉系统、神经系统和呼吸系统疾病为主；儿童疾病以呼吸系统、消化系统和泌尿系统疾病为主。并且无论是单独或联合治疗都得到广泛应用，值得临床推广。

Abstract:

To summarize the clinical treatment of Chinese scraping therapy and provide reference for clinical application development. Bibliometrics was used,and the diseases reported in the clinical observation papers in China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Medicine,VIP,and China Biomedical Literature Service System were classified according to the system and counted according to the frequency of adults and children. The total frequency of this scraping disease spectrum was 1 258,covering a total of 19 categories and 185 diseases. There are 18 types of adult diseases,including 144 kinds of western medicine diseases,6 kinds of western medicine symptoms,and 22 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) medicine syndromes,a total of 172 kinds. There are 8 types of childhood diseases,including 18 kinds of Western medicine diseases,2 kinds of Western medicine symptoms,and 7 kinds of TCM syndromes,a total of 27 kinds. The frequency of diseases above 50 is cervical spondylosis,frozen shoulder and insomnia,which account for 27.37% of the total frequency of adult diseases. There were 374 articles on the use of scraping therapy alone,and 874 articles on scraping combined with other therapies. The spectrum of diseases is extensive,and the dominant disease of scraping is prominent. It is worthy of clinical application.
