摘要: |
“伏风”理论是伏气致病学说的重要内容之一,陶汉华教授以此为指导思想,在中医“脑”认识的基础上,把握脑络结构特性及风邪病理特点,根据“风伏脑络”的病机,以祛风通络为治则,治疗脑小血管病,疗效显著。阐明“伏风”概念,论述脑小血管病“风伏脑络”病机,介绍祛风通络治则指导下,透散外风、扶正祛风、平息内风等3大治法,并以治法统领方药,以点窥面,介绍陶汉华教授学术经验。 |

“fu feng” theory is one of the important contents of pathogenesis of fu qi pathogenesis theory. Professor TAO Hanhua takes it as the guiding ideology,grasps the structural characteristics of brain collaterals and the pathological characteristics of wind pathogens on the basis of brain physiology of traditional Chinese medicine,and according to the pathogenesis of “feng fu the brain”,takes expelling wind and dredging collaterals as the treatment principle,treats cerebellar vascular disease with remarkable effect. This paper expounds the concept of “fu feng”,expounds the pathogenesis of “feng fu the brain” in cerebrovascular diseases,and introduces three therapeutic methods under the guidance of the principle of expelling wind and dredging collaterals,dispersing external wind,strengthening the body expelling wind and smoothing internal wind. It also introduces professor TAO Hanhua's academic experience by governing prescriptions. |
