消岩汤联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者外周血VEGF的影响及其临床疗效

摘要:

[目的] 观察消岩汤联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者外周血血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的影响及其临床疗效。[方法] 将60例晚期NSCLC患者随机分2组：观察组（30例）予以GP方案化疗联合口服消岩汤治疗，对照组（30例）予以单纯化疗。2个化疗周期后，观察两组近期可观疗效、症状改善情况、生存质量的改善、血清VEGF含量变化以及毒副反应等指标。[结果] 消岩汤联合化疗，在稳定瘤体、提高患者的卡式评分、改善患者生活质量方面优于单纯化疗组，两组相比差异具有统计学意义，并且消岩汤联合化疗可以显著降低血清VEGF的含量，与单纯化疗相比差异具有统计学意义；在药物安全性方面，消岩汤能够明显降低化疗毒副作用，尤其是在白细胞减少、血红蛋白减少等血液毒性的改善方面有良好的临床疗效。[结论] 消岩汤与化疗联合能减轻晚期NSCLC的临床症状，提高功能状态评分（KPS），稳定病灶，并可抑制患者VEGF的表达，减轻造血系统的毒副反应，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the effect of Xiaoyan Decoction combined with chemotherapy on peripheral blood vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical efficacy.[Methods] The 60 patients with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group (30 cases) received GP regimen chemotherapy combined with oral Xiaoyan Decoction;the control group (30 cases) received chemotherapy alone. After two cycles of chemotherapy,the recent observable curative effect,improvement of symptoms,improvement of quality of life,changes of serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and toxic and side effects were observed.[Results] Xiaoyan Decoction combined with chemotherapy was superior to chemotherapy alone in stabilizing tumors,improving patients' chi-square scores and improving patients' quality of life. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Moreover,Xiaoyan Decoction combined with chemotherapy could significantly reduce the serum level of vascular endothelial growth factor,which had significant difference compared with chemotherapy alone. In terms of drug safety,Xiaoyan Decoction could significantly reduce the toxic side effects of chemotherapy,especially in the reduction of leukopenia,hemoglobin and other hemotoxicity improvement has a good clinical effect.[Conclusion] Xiaoyan Decoction combined with chemotherapy can alleviate the clinical symptoms of advanced NSCLC,improve KPS score,stabilize the lesion,inhibit the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor,alleviate the toxic side effects of hematopoietic system and improve the quality of life of patients.
