摘要:

文章介绍了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控中央指导组和国家科技部专家组成员、中国工程院院士张伯礼教授关于中医药如何从新型冠状病毒肺炎的预防、治疗、康复、研究及应急体系建立等方面发挥积极作用的相关论述。中医药防治疫情决非纸上谈兵，中医药已经进入疫病防治主战场，对新型冠状病毒肺炎的防治全程发挥作用。

Abstract:

The article introduces the relevant discussions that traditional Chinese medicine has played an active role in prevention,treatment,rehabilitation,research and emergency system of novel coronavirus pneumonia which proposed by Professor ZHANG Boli, a member of the Central Steering Group for the Prevention and Control of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia and the expert group of the Ministry of Science and Technology,and Chinese Academy of Engineering academicians. The epidemic prevention and control of traditional Chinese medicine is by no means a mere talk on paper. Traditional Chinese medicine has entered the main battlefield of the disease and has exerted an important role in prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia.
