摘要:

随着电子胃镜的广泛应用，越来越多的胃息肉被发现，但目前西医治疗方法单一，复发率较高，李佃贵教授根据多年临床治疗经验，认为胃息肉的形成为浊毒、痰、瘀、虚相互兼夹致病，浊毒贯穿疾病始终，初期治疗以化浊解毒、消痰化瘀为主，后期以调阴阳、补气血为主，用之临床，效如桴鼓，炎性息肉可很快消除，对直径>2 cm的胃息肉、胃底腺息肉及腺瘤性息肉李教授建议先行内镜下切除，再结合中药综合调理机体内环境从而降低胃息肉的复发率及癌变率，并举临床医案1则。

Abstract:

Along with the wide application of electronic gastroscope,a growing number of gastric polyps were found. However,with the single western medicine treatment,the recurrence rate is still high. According to many years clinical experience,Professor LI Diangui thought the formation of gastric polyps are caused by the turbidity toxin,phlegm,blood stasis,deficiency and pathogenic mutually,ant the turbidity toxin exists throughout the whole course of the disease. In the early term,treatment should be based on the principle of changing chaotic detoxification and eliminating sputum blood. In the late term,treatment should be based on the principle of balancing the yin and yang,and invigorating qi and blood. The therapy is effective in clinic. For gastric polyps,gastric polyp and adenomatous polyps which the diameter is more than 2 cm,Professor LI suggests that the polyps should be removed on the endoscope at first,then the patient should use the Chinese medicine to adjust the internal environment so as to reduce the recurrence rate of gastric polyps and cancer rate. A clinical case is listed.
