摘要:

甲状腺结节中医称为"瘿瘤"，是内分泌科常见病。张曾譻教授认为甲状腺结节的发生与七情内伤有关，病原在脑，并采用"健脑宁心，柔肝滋肾，软坚散结"为甲状腺结节的治疗法则。以"健脑宁心，柔肝滋肾"法则配制的经验方"甲安合剂"，并配合"消癖舒"系列制剂以疏肝理气、活血化瘀、软坚散结治疗甲状腺结节，临床多获良效。

Abstract:

Thyroid nodules,called "goiter and tumor" in traditional Chinese medicine,are a common disease in endocrinology. Professor ZHANG Zengying considered that the occurrence of thyroid nodules is related to seven emotional injuries and the source of it locates in the brain. The treatment principle of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine is "invigorating brain and tranquilizing heart,softening liver and nourishing kidney,softening firmness and dispersing mass". It has achieved a good result in clinical practice by using the experience prescription "Jia'an Mixture" which has the function of invigorating brain and tranquilizing heart,softening liver and nourishing kidney,and "Xiaopi Shu" and its series of preparations which have the function of dredging liver to regulate qi,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,softening firmness and dispersing mass.
