| 摘要: |
| [目的] 进一步观察柴胡疏肝散对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎（NASH）患者炎症反应因子的影响及其临床效果。[方法] 选取2014年7月-2016年6月就诊的NASH患者160例，随机分为两组。观察组80例采用经典方剂柴胡疏肝散治疗，对照组80例给予水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗，观察两组疗效。[结果] 临床试验结果显示：治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。与对照组相比较，应用柴胡疏肝散治疗12周及24周可显著降低患者的主症积分及累积性症状积分，改善患者肝功能指标天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）及总胆红素（TBIL）、血脂指标甘油三酯（TG）及总胆固醇（TC）与患者脂肪度（CAP）水平（P<0.05），降低NASH患者血清中炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）水平。[结论] 柴胡疏肝散能够改善NASH患者临床症状及肝功能、血脂指标、脂肪度，减低炎症因子水平，保护肝脏，具有良好的临床疗效。 |

| [Objective] To further observe the efficiency of Chaihu Shugan Powder on inflammatory response factors in patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and its clinical effect.[Methods] The 160 patients with NASH who were treated from July 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group of 80 cases was treated with the classic prescription Chaihu Shugan Powder,and the control group of 80 cases was treated with colchicine,and the effect of the two groups was observed.[Results] The results of clinical trials showed that the total effective rate of Chaihu Shugan Powder treatment was significantly higher than that of the Silibinin control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the Silibinin control group,the treatment of Chaihu Shugan Powder for 12 weeks and 24 weeks can significantly reduce the patients' symptom score and cumulative symptom score,improve the patients' liver function indicators Aspartate transaminase (AST),Alanine transaminase (ALT) and Total Bilirubin (TBIL),and the patients' lipid profile Triglyceride (TG) and Total Cholesterol (TC) and patients' fatness (CAP) levels (P<0.05),and reduced serum inflammatory factor Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),Interleukin-6 (IL-6),Interleukin-8 (IL-8) levels in NASH patients.[Conclusion] Chaihu Shugan Powder can improve clinical symptoms and liver function,blood lipid index,fatness of NASH patients,reduce inflammatory factor levels,protect the liver,and have good clinical efficacy. |
