| 补益肺肾法治疗对变应性哮喘患儿IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-13的影响 |

| 摘要: |
| [目的] 探讨补益肺肾法治疗对变应性哮喘患儿干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）、白细胞介素-4（IL-4）和白细胞介素-13（IL-13）的影响。[方法] 选择2017年6月-2018年7月黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院收治的变应性哮喘患儿108例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各54例。对照组予以常规西医治疗，观察组在此基础上予以补益肺肾法治疗，比较两组患儿IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-13的表达变化。[结果] 观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%，对照组总有效率为88.89%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组治疗后在胸闷、咳嗽程度、心率和脉压评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后的IL-4（1.72±0.35）ng/mL、IL-13（2.33±0.54）ng/mL水平低于对照组，IFN-γ水平（18.25±1.67）ng/mL高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。[结论] 补益肺肾法治疗可有效降低变应性哮喘患儿IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-13水平，纠正Th1/Th2细胞因子平衡失调，临床疗效良好，值得推荐。 |

| [Objective] To investigate the effect of tonifying lung and kidney therapy on IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-13 in patients with allergic asthma.[Methods] The 108 child patients with allergic asthma admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to July 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the observation group was treated with tonifying lung and kidney method on the basis of the routine western medicine. The expression of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-13 were compared between the two groups.[Results] The total effective rate was 94.44% in the observation group and 88.89% in the control group,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the scores of chest tightness,cough,heart rate and pulse pressure difference in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of IL-4 (1.72±0.35) ng/mL,IL-13 (2.33±0.54) ng/mL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IFN-γ (18.25±1.67) ng/mL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The therapy of tonifying lung and kidney can effectively reduce the levels of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-13 in patients with allergic asthma,and correct the imbalance of Th1/Th2 cytokines. The clinical effect is good and worthy of recommendation. |
