摘要:

文章对张智龙教授在临床治疗血证时师法自然意象思维巧用活血类中药的临床经验进行浅显小结。张智龙教授认为人体的血液循环系统犹如古代支撑国家运转的运河，舟船能否在运河中正常运行，取决于河道、河水、舟船、风力之间的平衡关系。营血是否可以在脉内营运不息，环布周身，也离不开道路、动力、质量和牵引力的问题。针对上述问题，张智龙教授提出临床遇到血证时可在辨证基础上，分别施以解痉养血滋阴、行气益气活血、破血温脉凉血以及引经报使类活血药，方法简明实用，临床疗效斐然。

Abstract:

This paper briefly summarizes the clinical experience of Professor ZHANG Zhilong in the treatment of blood syndromes by using natural image thinking. Professor ZHANG Zhilong believes that the blood circulation system of the human body is just like the ancient canal supporting the operation of the country. Whether a boat can operate normally in the canal depends on the balance between the riverway,river,boat and wind. In a similar way,the nutrient-blood can operate continuously in the vein cannot leave the question about the road,the power,the weight and the traction. In view of the above problems,Professor ZHANG Zhilong proposed that different kinds of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation can be administered on the basis of syndrome differentiation when blood syndrome is encountered in clinical practice. They can respectively relieve vasospasm and nourish the blood,nourish and invigorate the blood by replenishing qi and moving qi,break the blood and remove the stasis,warm the pulse and cool the blood,and direct the medicine to the position. This method is simple,practical and effective.
