针对靶向治疗非小细胞肺癌中医药作用“减毒增效”的研究进展

摘要:

肺癌的治疗目前进入个体化精准治疗时代，靶向治疗已成为晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者的首选治疗方案且临床获益显著。近几年随着靶向药物应用范围扩大，其不良反应及耐药性的出现一定程度上制约了治疗进程和临床疗效。目前中西医结合治疗肺癌已成为当下研究热点之一，多项研究表明中医药联合靶向治疗在不良反应的发生、生活质量提高以及耐药性方面疗效确切。文章将进一步围绕中医药联合靶向治疗在肺癌领域的研究进行总结归纳，以期为临床治疗提供更多理论依据。

Abstract:

The treatment of lung cancer has entered the era of individualized precision therapy. Targeted therapy has become the first choice of treatment for patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and has significant clinical benefits. With the expansion of the application of targeted drugs in recent years,the emergence of adverse reactions and drug resistance have restricted the treatment process and clinical efficacy to a certain extent. At present,the treatment of lung cancer with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has become one of the current research hotspots. A number of studies have shown that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and targeted therapy is effective in the occurrence of adverse reactions,improvement of life quality and drug resistance. This paper will further summarize the research on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and targeted therapy in the field of lung cancer,in order to provide more theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
