| 近年来，过敏性鼻炎在全世界的发病率呈上升趋势，环境的改变是造成这一趋势的主要因素，如何有效防治过敏性鼻炎已成为人们关注的焦点。表观遗传学机制在季节、环境与过敏性鼻炎的相互作用中扮演着重要角色。文章从表观遗传学理论出发，结合中医“天人相应”理论以及阴阳学说，探究表观遗传学在季节环境引发过敏性鼻炎这一过程中的地位，以期为临床防治过敏性鼻炎提供一定的理论依据。 |

| In recent years,the incidence of allergic rhinitis has been increasing worldwide,and environmental change is the main factor causing this trend. How to effectively prevent allergic rhinitis has become the focus of attention. Epigenetic mechanisms play an important role in the interaction of season,environment and allergic rhinitis. This article starts from the theory of epigenetics,and combines the theory of “correspondence between man and universe” of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of yin and yang to explore the status of epigenetics in the process of allergic rhinitis caused by the seasonal environment,so as to provide a certain theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis. |
