摘要:

黄文政教授强调临证辨治痛风性肾病调分期辨治，标本兼顾原则。潜证期以升清化浊为法同时嘱调整饮食结构以既病防变；急性发作期以邪实为主要矛盾，辨证予祛风胜湿、散寒止痛、清热解毒、活血通经治疗，慎用补益药品；缓解期多重培补脾肾，固本培元防止痛风复发；久病入络者，多用虫蚁药品攻剔痼结痰瘀，通经止通。

Abstract:

Professor HUANG Wenzheng emphasized that it is important to diagnose and treat chronic uric acid nephropathy (CUAN),that based on different period and the incidental and fundamental aspects at the same time. In the incubation period,sending up clear qi,resolving turbid pathogenic factor and persuading the patients to change diet can postpone the progress of the CUAN. In the acute period,because the excessiveness of pathogenic factor is the main problem,dispelling wind and eliminating damp,dispelling cold and relieving pain,clearing heat and removing toxic substance,and promoting blood circulation to remove obstruction in the collateral are the main methods. In the relief period,it's the first choice that tonifying spleen and kidney,and reinforcing kidney and nourishing yuan qi to preventrecrudescence. In addition,when prolonged illness affecting the collateral,insect drug will be used to remove the phlegm and blood stasis,and remove obstruction in the collateral to relieve pain.
