| 癔病属中医"郁证"等范畴，症状纷繁复杂，是以感觉运动障碍和植物神经功能紊乱为主要病症表现的神经官能症。李志道教授总结出以"开阖枢"理论为核心的治疗癔病的经验，认为该病多由情志因素导致枢机不利而变生他症，治当着眼调理枢机，采用互动式针法，秉承"内外调治，身心同治"原则。选穴紧切病机，组合严谨精当，刺法灵活精准，治疗癔病疗效满意。 |

| Hysteria belongs to the category of "depression syndrome" in traditional Chinese medicine. Its manifestations are varied. It is a neurological disorder characterized by sensorimotor disorder and autonomic dysfunction. Professor LI Zhidao summed up the theory of "Kaiheshu" as the core of the treatment of hysteria. He believes that this disease is caused by emotional factors that lead to dysfunction of the pivot,and then other symptoms. The treatment should focus on regulating the pivot,using interactive needling,and adhere to the principle of "internal and external adjustment,physical and mental co-treatment". The selection of acupoints is closely related to the pathogenesis,the combination is rigorous and precise,the technique is flexible and precise,and the curative effect is satisfactory. |
