| 乳腺癌是全球女性中发病率居第1位的肿瘤，乳腺癌区别于其他病种，发病率高、病死率低，具有较好的预后和较长的生存时间。如何提高患者生活质量，减少各种治疗手段带来的不良反应，中医药治疗方面有着丰富的经验和独特的优势。"动态辨治"理论是贾英杰教授基于大量中医临证实践经验，围绕中医整体观和辨证论治，创立的用来指导中医肿瘤临床实践的思维方法，贯穿于贾英杰教授临床诊疗遣方用药的全过程。文章论述了贾英杰教授运用"动态辨治"理论诊治乳腺癌的临床学术特色。 |

| Breast cancer is the No.1 morbidity cancer among women in the world,and breast cancer is different from other diseases. One of them is high morbidity,low mortality,good prognosis,and long survival time. Chinese medicine has rich experience and unique advantages in how to improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the adverse reactions caused by various treatments. The theory of "dynamic syndrome differentiation" is based on Professor JIA Yingjie's extensive experience in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicinea,focusing on the overall view of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and syndrome differentiation,and the thinking method established to guide the clinical practice of TCM tumors runs through the entire process of Professor JIA Yingjie's clinical diagnosis and treatment. This article will describe Professor JIA Yingjie's clinical academic characteristics in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer using the theory of "dynamic syndrome differentiation". |
