| [目的] 观察清中益胃汤对幽门螺旋杆菌（Hp）感染相关性慢性胃炎证属脾胃湿热患者的临床疗效和安全性。[方法] 进行6周随机对照临床试验研究。将88例慢性胃炎伴Hp感染脾胃湿热证患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组（44例）和对照组（44例），治疗组予清中益胃汤加四联药物，对照组只给予四联药物口服治疗。治疗组和对照组四联药物均服用2周，治疗组清中益胃汤口服6周，即在四联停药后继服4周。观察两组治疗前后病变黏膜分级疗效评价、Hp阴转率、中医症状积分及服药后安全性指标。[结果] 最终纳入合格病例共81例，其中治疗组40例，对照组41例，与对照组比较，治疗组症状积分、病变黏膜分级疗效评价、Hp阴转率均优于对照组。[结论] 清中益胃汤能有效提高Hp的阴转率，明显改善患者症状，促进黏膜修复，安全性较高。 |

| [Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingzhong Yiwei Decoction in in patients with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection-associated chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome.[Methods] A 6-week randomized,controlled clinical trial was conducted. The 88 cases of Hp-related chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome were divided into the treatment group (44 cases) and the control group (44 cases) according to the random number table. The treatment group was treated with Qingzhong Yiwei Decoction plus quadruple drugs,while the control group was not treated with traditional Chinese medicine and was given oral quadruple drug alone. Both the treatment group and the control group were given the quadruple drugs for 2 weeks,and the treatment group was given Qingzhong Yiwei Decoction for 6 weeks,that is,after taking the quadruple,the drug was taken for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment,the classification of mucosal lesions,negative conversion rate of Hp infection,symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine and safety index after treatment were observed.[Results] A total of 81 eligible cases were finally included of 40 cases in the treatment group and 41 cases in the control group. Compared with the two groups before treatment,the symptom score of the treatment group,the evaluation of the graded lesion mucosal efficacy,and the negative conversion rate of Hp were better than those of the control group.[Conclusion] Qingzhong Yiwei Decoction can effectively improve the negative conversion rate of Hp,obviously improve the symptoms of patients,promote the repair of mucous membrane,and has higher safety. |
