清热祛湿固本方治疗流感的临床疗效观察

摘要:

[目的] 观察清热祛湿固本方对流行性感冒（简称流感）患者的发热、乏力、咽痛及血常规及C反应蛋白（CRP）的影响，临床观察加用中药治疗流感的疗效。[方法] 选取天津市滨海新区中医医院发热门诊2020年1月26日-2月26日就诊患者60例，按照随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例。对照组予奥司他韦胶囊口服，观察组在对照组基础上加用"清热祛湿固本方"口服，疗程3 d。[结果] 两组患者乏力消失时间观察组较对照组缩短明显（P<0.05）；两组患者咽痛消失时间观察组较对照组缩短明显（P<0.01）；观察组患者退热起效时间及解热时间明显较对照组缩短（P<0.01）。对照组治疗前后淋巴细胞计数对比有统计学差异（P<0.05），观察组治疗前后淋巴细胞计数对比有统计学差异（P<0.01），两组CRP治疗前后对比均有统计学差异（P<0.01），但两组治疗后淋巴细胞计数及CRP对比无统计学差异（P>0.05）。对照组临床总有效率为86.0%，观察组有效率为96.7%，两组对比无统计学差异（P>0.05）。[结论] "清热祛湿固本方"联合奥司他韦胶囊治疗流感可显著改善发热、乏力及咽痛等症状，有助于改善淋巴细胞计数及CRP，可提高临床疗效。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the effect of Qingre Qushi Guben Decoction on fever,fatigue,sore throat,blood routine and C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with influenza,and observe the therapeutic effect of adding traditional Chinese medicine to treat flu.[Methods] The 60 cases of fever outpatients from January 26 to February 26,2020 in Tianjin Binhai New Area Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given oseltamivir capsules for oral administration,and the observation group was given oral administration of "Qingre Qushi Guben Decoction" on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 3 days.[Results] The time of disappearance of fatigue in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The time of disappearance of sore throat in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.01). The onset time and antipyretic time of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.01). The comparison of lymphocyte counts before and after treatment in the control group was statistically different (P<0.05),and the comparison of lymphocyte counts before and after treatment in the observation group was statistically different (P<0.01),and the comparison of CRP before and after treatment in the two groups was statistically different (P<0.01),but there was no statistical difference in lymphocyte counts and CRP comparison after treatment in the two groups (P>0.05). The total clinical effective rate of the control group was 86.0%,and that of the observation group was 96.7%. There was no statistical difference between two groups (P>0.05).[Conclusion] "Qingre Qushi Guben Decoction" combined with oseltamivir capsules can significantly improve the symptoms of fever,fatigue and sore throat,can improve indicators on lymphocyte count and CRP,and improve clinical efficacy.
