[目的] 分析古代医案中饮病的证治规律。[方法] 通过整理第5版《中华医典》中饮病相关医案,采用关联规则、聚类分析等数据挖掘方法,对饮病的症状、脉象及处方用药进行统计分析。[结果] 共筛选出254则医案,涉及症状77种,脉象19种,药物264味。症状出现频次最多为咳嗽、气喘、心下痞等,聚类分析得到5类核心症状。脉象频数分析发现弦脉出现频率最高,且弦脉与沉脉关联性最强。药物出现频率最高为茯苓、半夏、桂枝等,关联分析得出常用药对组合为半夏+茯苓,聚类分析得到3类核心药物组合。[结论] 饮病症状可涉及上中下三焦,临证用药以温阳化饮为主,遵循了“温药和之”的治疗大法。 |

Research on the regularity of treatment of yin disease based on medical cases and data mining |

[Objective] To analyze the regularity of treatment of yin disease in medical cases.[Methods] Through collating the medical cases related to yin diseases in the 5th edition of Chinese Medical Dictionary,using association rules,cluster analysis and other data mining methods,and statistical analysis was performed on the symptoms,pulses and prescription medications of yin diseases.[Results] A total of 254 medical cases were screened,involving 77 symptoms,19 pulse conditions and 264 herbs. The most frequent symptoms were cough,asthma,epigastric oppression,etc. Cluster analysis has obtained 5 types of core syndromes. Analysis of pulse frequency showed that the occurrence frequency of string pulse was the highest,and the correlation between string pulse and sink pulse was the strongest. The highest frequency of herbs was Poria cocos,Pinellia ternate,Cinnamomum cassia Presl,etc. Correlation analysis showed that the commonly used drug pair combination was Pinellia ternate and Poria cocos,and cluster analysis showed three core drug combinations.[Conclusion] The symptoms of yin disease may involve the upper,middle and lower triple energizers,the clinical medication is mainly warming yang and transforming yin,which follows the treatment method of "harmonizing with warming drugs". |
