整体分层针刀法结合推拿治疗KOA轻度内翻畸形的临床研究

摘要:

[目的] 探究整体分层针刀法结合推拿手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）轻度内翻畸形的联合临床疗效。[方法] 将70例KOA轻度内翻畸形患者随机分为两组，观察组采用整体分层针刀法结合推拿治疗，对照组仅采用推拿治疗。对比治疗前后患者的膝关节疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、Lysholm评分、下肢力线偏移距离及胫股力线解剖角来进行疗效评估。[结果] 治疗后两组各项指标均得到改善，观察组指标改善情况优于对照组。[结论] 整体分层针刀法结合推拿手法治疗KOA轻度内翻畸形具有较好的联合治疗效果，是一种安全、有效、费用低廉的治疗方法。

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the clinical efficiency of whole body layered acupotomy combined with massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with slight varus(KOA).[Methods] The 70 patients with KOA with slight Varus were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group was treated with whole body layered acupotomy combined with massage,while the control group was only treated with massage. The curative effect was evaluated by comparing the general index,VAS score,Lysholm knee joint score,lower limb force line deviation distance and tibial femoral force line anatomical angle before and after treatment.[Results] All indexes of the two groups were improved by treatment,while the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group.[Conclusion] The whole body layered acupotomy combined with massage is a safe,effective and low-cost method for the treatment of KOA with slight varus.
