草果古今应用考略及其防治疫病作用

摘要:

草果是一种中国传统的药食同源植物，常作为香辛料使用，而对其药用价值重视不高，草果除临床应用还有重要的防治疫病价值。现通过查阅古代本草及现代文献，以探究草果本草古今应用规律。主要以朝代为顺序阐述历代医家对草果认识的演变发展，并结合现代文献深入探索，重点阐述草果功效、性味归经、使用注意及现代药理药化研究结果，从治疟、治疫、治脾、治胃湿积滞4个方面归纳草果功效，总结临床常见药对及现代临床应用，并从中药、方剂以及现代运用角度认识草果防治疫病作用。

Abstract:

Amomum tsaoko is a traditional Chinese medicine and food homologous plant,which is often used as spice,but its medicinal value is not paid much attention. Amomum tsaoko has important value in preventing and treating epidemic diseases besides clinical application. By consulting ancient herbal medicine and modern literature,this paper explores the ancient and modern application law of Amomum tsaoko. This paper mainly expounds the evolution and development of medical doctors' understanding of Amomum tsaoko in the order of dynasties,and combines with modern literature to explore deeply,focusing on the research results of Amomum tsaoko's efficacy,flavor and meridian tropism,attention to use and modern pharmacology. The effects of Amomum tsaoko are summarized in four aspects,malaria treatment,epidemic treatment,spleen treatment and stomach damp stagnation. The common clinical medicines and modern clinical applications are summarized,and the effect of Amomum tsaoko on preventing and controlling diseases is recognized from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,prescriptions and modern application.
