| 银屑病是一种常见病、多发病，中医药辨证论治优势明显。长期以来，银屑病从血论治已经达到一定共识，而脏腑辨证等其他辨证方法略显不足。文章基于肺与皮毛、肺与大肠及肠道菌群与银屑病关系的基础上，论述从肺论治银屑病的理论基础及治疗原则，并提出新的治疗见解。 |

| Psoriasis is a common and frequently-occurring disease. Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of psoriasis. For a long time,the treatment of psoriasis from blood has reached a certain consensus,while other syndrome differentiation methods such as viscera syndrome differentiation are slightly insufficient. Based on the relationship between lung and fur,lung and large intestine,intestinal flora and psoriasis,this paper discusses the theoretical basis and treatment principles of treating psoriasis from lung,and puts forward new treatment opinions. |
