摘要:

溃疡性结肠炎是一种复杂的慢性肠道炎症性疾病，病程久、反复发作是其重要特征。体质是疾病发生的"土壤"和背景因素，特定体质与特定疾病的发生密切相关，而临床通过体质调节可从根本上改变疾病发生的土壤，不仅可以实现少发病、不发病，还可以减少复发，对与体质因素密切相关的、慢性迁延、反复发作性疾病的治疗具有重要指导意义。文章通过调研溃疡性结肠炎与体质相关文献，发现湿热体质与该病的发生有密切关系。结合文献调研结果，辅以体质学创始人王琦国医大师医案，阐述溃疡性结肠炎"辨体-辨病-辨证"诊疗思路的应用，以供临床借鉴。

Abstract:

Ulcerative colitis is a complex chronic intestinal inflammatory disease,and its long course and repeated attacks are its important features. Constitution is the "soil" and background factor of disease occurrence. Specific constitution is closely related to the occurrence of specific diseases,and clinical adjustment of the constitution can fundamentally change the soil in which disease occurs,not only can reduce the incidence of disease,but also to reduce recurrence,it has important guiding significance for the treatment of chronic protracted and recurrent diseases closely related to physical factors. By investigating the literatures related to ulcerative colitis and physique,this article finds that there is a close relationship between damp heat constitution and the occurrence of the disease. Combined with the results of literature research,supplemented by the medical case of the founder of traditional Chinese medical constitution master WANG Qi,we elaborated on the application of the diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative colitis with "differentiation-constitution,differrntiation-diease,differentiation-syndrome" for clinical reference.
