摘要:

文章介绍中原庞氏妇科流派治疗嫉妒不孕的临床经验。从嫉妒不孕的病名渊源、病因病机、理法方药等方面总结庞氏妇科治疗嫉妒不孕的经验。中原庞氏妇科流派认为除肾虚以外，肝郁也是导致不孕的重要因素之一。嫉妒不孕便是由于“女子以肝为先天”，肝疏泄无度，阻滞气机，肾气受损，使肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴失衡，造成胞宫难以摄精成孕。庞氏妇科秉持“治孕先调经”的理论，尤重月经期及经间期的用药。庞氏妇科以疏肝解郁、和冲理脾为原则，注重调周四期立法用药治疗嫉妒不孕。同时，在临证之时有度变通，配合心理疗法，注重预防，临床效验颇佳。

Abstract:

[Objective] To introduce the clinical experience of central plains Pangshi gynecological school in the treatment of jealous infertility.[Methods] This paper summarizes the experience of Pangshi gynecology in treating jealousy infertility from the aspects of disease name origin,etiology,pathogenesis,prescription and so on.[Results] Central plains Pangshi gynecological school thinks that besides kidney deficiency,liver depression is also one of the important factors leading to infertility. Jealousy infertility is due to "women take the liver as innate",which leads to excessive drainage of the liver,blocks qi,damages kidney qi,makes kidney-tiangui-chongren-uterus axis out of balance,and makes it difficult for uterus to capture sperm and become pregnant. Pangshi gynecology adheres to the theory of "regulating menstruation before treating pregnancy",and pays special attention to medication during menstruation and interphase.[Conclusion] With the principle of soothing the liver,relieving depression,and regulating spleen,Pangshi gynecology pays attention to regulating four periods of legislation medication to treat jealous infertility. At the same time,it is flexible in clinical practice,cooperates with psychotherapy,pays attention to prevention,and has a good clinical effect.
