| 摘要: |
| 名老中医是中医学术造诣较深、临床水平较高的群体。近年来名老中医经验传承研究呈现方法多元化、成果丰富化特点，名老中医经验的传承逐渐向现代智能模式转变。如何借助人工智能和大数据技术实现名老中医的活态传承是亟待解决的问题。从术语规范、辨证体系框架建构、名老中医智能传承云平台建立、社会服务模式创新等方面入手，提出以状态辨识原理为核心构建名老中医经验智能传承系统模型，可为解决名老中医临床诊疗经验的标准化、数字化、智能化传承、社会化推广应用等共性技术难题提供新思路。 |

| The famous veteran traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) doctors are usually considered to be a group with profound academic attainments and high clinical level.In recent years,the research on the experience inheritance of famous veteran TCM doctorshas shown the characteristics of diversified methods and abundant achievements. The experience inheritance of famous veteran TCM doctors has gradually changed from the traditional mode to the modern intelligent mode. How to realize the living state inheritance of TCM doctors with the help of artificial intelligence and big data technology is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper analyzes the terminology standard,the unified framework of syndrome differentiation system,the intelligent inheritance cloud platform of famous veteran TCM doctors,and the innovative social service model,and we propose to build an intelligent inheritance system model of famous veteran TCM doctors' experiencebased on state identification. It can provide new ideas for solving common generic technology problems such as standardization,digitalization,intelligent inheritance,and social promotion and application of famous veteran TCM doctors' clinical diagnosis and treatment experience. |
