摘要:

根据多年皮肤疾病诊治经验及近年柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤在皮肤疾病应用的文献研究，从柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤的起源、方证特点及验案举隅等方面介绍该方在皮肤科的应用。在临床及文献研究中发现，该方用于斑秃、慢性荨麻疹、结节性痒疹、面部激素依赖性皮炎、痤疮、皮肌炎和白癜风等皮肤疾病疗效良好。柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤原为外感热病中主治太阳之邪未解，误下后，热邪内陷所设，然而其调和阴阳、肝胆，通阳泄热，重镇清心安神，抓住少阳枢机不利的病机与伴情志异常的主症，可以广泛应用于皮肤疾病。

Abstract:

Based on years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases and recent literature research on the application of Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Decoction in skin diseases,the author introduces the application of Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Decoction in dermatology from the aspects of its origin,essence of prescription and syndrome,and examples of test cases. It is found in clinical and literature studies that the prescription has good curative effect on skin diseases such as alopecia areata,chronic urticaria,prurigo nodularis,facial hormone-dependent dermatitis,acne,dermatomyositis and vitiligo. Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Decoction is mainly used in exogenous febrile diseases because the pathogenic factor is that taiyang is not resolved yet,while heat invades after it is mistakenly dropped. However,it can harmonize yin and yang,liver and gallbladder,dredge yang and relieve heat,clear heart and calm nerves,grasp the pathogenesis of cardinal shaoyang's disadvantage,and have the main symptom of emotional abnormality,which can be widely used in skin diseases.
