| 恶性肿瘤已成为严重危害人类生命健康的疾病，发病率、病死率日趋上升。西医学治疗恶性肿瘤疗效显著的同时，其不良反应严重影响患者生活质量。中医药治疗恶性肿瘤优势明显，尤其是附子在临床的应用。通过对中国知网数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库及Pubmed数据库中近5年文献进行检索，对附子治疗恶性肿瘤相关文献拟从理论研究基础、抗肿瘤机理、临床各家应用、附子应用局限性及展望进行综述，以期为临床提供理论及实践参考。 |

| Malignant tumors have become a disease that seriously endangers human life and health,and the morbidity and mortality rates are increasing. While Western medicine is effective in treating malignant tumors,the side effects of modern medicine in the treatment of malignant tumors seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in treating malignant tumors,especially the clinical application of aconite. Therefore,this article searches the literature in the recent 5 years in the CNKI database,the VIP database,the Wanfang database and the Pubmed database. The literature on the treatment of malignant tumors of aconite is planned to be based on theoretical research basis,anti-tumor mechanism,clinical applications,and aconite application limitations and prospects are reviewed in order to provide theoretical and practical references for clinical practice. |
