截断疗法在防治新型冠状病毒肺炎中的应用

摘要:

中医药在新型冠状病毒肺炎（简称新冠肺炎）疫情防治中发挥了重要作用，因此梳理总结中医药治疗新冠肺炎的理论和经验具有现实意义。"截断疗法"对当前中医药防治新冠肺炎具有重要指导意义。文章就其理论源流及其应用做了阐述，认为其起源于《黄帝内经》，后经历代医家补充发展，20世纪70年代由上海名医姜春华先生总结提出。临床应用时，对隔离的"四类人群"中早期干预，先证而治，可以截断传变；对于轻症、普通型患者，截断疗法与辨病施治相统一，通治方给药，可有效降低转重率；对于重症患者采用中西医结合，中医辨证论治，一人一策，早逐客邪，重视下法，同时注重扶正、脏腑功能保护，可以截断重症转向危重症，降低病死率。

Abstract:

Traditional Chinese medicine has played an important role in the prevention and treatment of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Therefore,it is of practical significance to summarize the theory and experience of traditional Chinese medicine in treating COVID-19. "Truncation therapy" has important guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 by traditional Chinese medicine. This article explains its theoretical origin and application. It is believed that the "Truncation therapy" originated in the Huangdi Neijing,and later experienced the supplementary development of modern physicians. In 1970s,it was summarized and put forward by JIANG Chunhua,a famous Shanghai doctor. In clinical application,early intervention in the isolated "four types of people" can cut off the transmission. For mild and ordinary patients,truncation therapy is unified with disease differentiation and treatment,and the administration of prescription can effectively reduce the weight conversion rate;For critically ill patients,adopting the combination of Chinese and Western medicine,treating according to syndrome differentiation,one person and one policy,chasing evil from customers early,paying attention to the purgative methods,and paying attention to strengthening body resistance and protecting viscera function can cut off severe cases and turn them into critically ill ones,and reduce the mortality rate.
