中西医结合护理在新型冠状病毒肺炎轻症患者的实践

摘要:

新型冠状病毒肺炎2019年12月份自武汉爆发至全国以来，传染速度极快，在确诊患者中以轻症患者居多，对于轻症患者的救治工作，中医与西医相结合治疗取得明显效果，随着防控工作的进行，大批轻症患者新型冠状病毒核酸检测结果转为阴性，且陆续出院。天津中医药大学第一附属医院支援收治新型冠状病毒肺炎患者定点医院——天津市海河医院的中西医结合病区对于新型冠状病毒肺炎轻症患者的中西医结合护理有较多体会，将临床实践总结为8个方面，包括中西医治疗方案、隔离防护措施、心理疏导、饮食调养、运动养生、健康宣教、中医适宜技术应用以及中医出院指导，期望为后续的疫情防控护理工作提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 from Wuhan to the whole country in December 2019,the spread of disease has been extremely fast. Most of the confirmed cases are mild. For the treatment of mild COVID-19,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has achieved significant results. As sanitary and anti-epidemic implementation,many nucleic acid testing of mild COVID-19 patients turned out to be negative and they were discharged. Our hospital has supported the inpatient ward of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine of Haihe Hospital,which is the designated medical institution for COVID-19 patients. We have accumulated abundant experience in integrated nursing of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in mild COVID-19 patients. Clinical nursing practice has been summarized into eight aspects,including therapeutic schedule of traditional Chinese and western medicine,quarantine and protection measures,psychological counseling,dietary care,exercise guidance,health education,practice of feasible traditional Chinese medicine techniques,and discharge guidance based on traditional Chinese medicine,which may provide reference to subsequent epidemic prevention and nursing practice.
