| 膜性肾病是成人肾病综合征常见病理类型，近年来其发病率逐年上升。黄文政教授是首届全国名中医，从事中医、中西医结合临床工作逾50年。黄教授在长期临床实践过程中对原发性膜性肾病的病因、病机、辨证论治均有一定经验，取得了一定的疗效，作者有幸跟随黄教授并侍诊左右，总结黄教授诊治原发性膜性肾病相关经验。 |

| Membranous nephropathy is a common pathological type of adult nephrotic syndrome. In recent years,its incidence has increased year by year. Professor HUANG Wenzheng is the first nationally renowned Chinese medicine doctor who has been engaged in clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for more than 50 years. During long-term clinical practice,Professor HUANG has some experience in the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of primary membranous nephropathy,and has achieved certain effects. The author is fortunate to follow Professor HUANG and attend the clinic and summarizes Professor HUANG's experience in the diagnosis and treatment of primary membranous nephropathy as follows. |
