| 阿片类药物在治疗癌性疼痛方面起着极为重要的作用，然而阿片类药物引起的相关胃肠道反应也开始备受关注，其中以阿片类药物所致便秘（OIC）最为常见且最受关注。它不但出现在用药初期，并且会持续存在于阿片类药物止痛的全过程。因此，便秘已成为制约阿片类药物镇痛治疗应用的最大障碍，严重影响疾病的治疗及患者的生活质量。中医在治疗OIC方面显示出独特优势，笔者就近5年中医药在该领域的治疗研究，分别从中医内治法、中医外治法、中医联合疗法以及相关中药方面的进展进行阐述。 |

| Opioids play a very important role in the treatment of cancer pain. However,the related gastrointestinal reactions caused by opioids have attracted more and more attention,of which opioid induced constipation (OIC) is the most common and the most concerned. It not only appears in the early stage of drug use,but also exists in the whole process of opioid analgesic. Therefore,constipation has become the biggest obstacle to the application of opioid analgesia,which seriously affects the treatment of diseases and the quality of life of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine has shown its unique advantages in the treatment of OIC. In the past five years,the author has studied the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in this field,respectively,from the progress of internal treatment,external treatment,combined treatment and related traditional Chinese medicine. |
