基于Citespace的中医药治疗哮喘知识图谱可视化分析

摘要:

[目的] 基于Citespace分析近20年中医药治疗哮喘的研究，探索和发现此领域的研究热点和趋势。[方法] 检索中国知网数据库（CNKI）中关于中医药治疗哮喘的相关文献，将其导入至Citespace中，绘制作者、机构、关键词图谱并对其进行分析。[结果] 共计纳入3 561篇文献。作者合作图谱共有546位作者被纳入，有51位核心作者，1个密切联系的团队。研究机构合作图谱共有195所机构被纳入，其中有37所机构发文量≥5篇。关键词图谱共有552个关键词被纳入，有13个高中心性关键词。[结论] 中医药治疗哮喘的研究热点主要为中药复方及穴位贴敷的临床干预效果、中医药治疗哮喘的机制研究。研究趋势为中医药治疗肺脾气虚型哮喘及中医药从调节免疫的角度防治哮喘。

Abstract:

[Objective] Based on Citespace, to analyze the research on the treatment of asthma by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in recent 20 years, and to explore and discover the research hotspots and trends in this field.[Methods] The related literatures about asthma treatment with traditional Chinese medicine in CNKI were searched and imported into Citespace, and the maps of authors, institutions and keywords were drawn and analyzed.[Results] A total of 3 561 literatures were included. The 546 authors were included in the author cooperation map, including 51 core authors and one closely related team. The 195 institutions have been included in the cooperation map of research institutions, among which 37 institutions have published more than 5 articles. The 552 keywords were included in the keyword map, and there were 13 high central key words.[Conclusion] The research focus of TCM treatment of asthma is mainly the clinical intervention effect of TCM compound and acupoint application, and the mechanism of TCM treatment of asthma. The research trend is to treat asthma of deficiency of lung and spleen qi with traditional Chinese medicine and to prevent and cure asthma from the angle of regulating immunity.
