| [目的] 总结归纳檀金川教授治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的用药特点及规律，挖掘其用药经验。[方法] 采用回顾性研究的方法收集2016年1月—2019年4月檀金川教授治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的门诊有效病历，使用EpiData 3.1软件包进行数据录入，使用Excel 2013、SPSS19.0和R3.5软件包对纳入的中药方剂进行统计分析及数据挖掘。[结果] 共纳入中药方剂433首，使用药物种类155种，总计出现频次7 198次，从数据分析得出常用类方有6组。[结论] 总结出檀金川教授治疗慢性肾功能衰竭以温补脾肾，活血化瘀，泄浊解毒为基本治疗大法。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the characteristics and rules of Professor TAN Jinchuan's treatment of chronic renal failure, and to explore his medication experience.[Methods] The effective outpatient medical records of Professor TAN Jinchuan's treatment of chronic renal failure from January 2016 to April 2019 were collected by retrospective study. EpiData 3.1 software package was used for data entry, and Excel 2013, SPSS19.0 and R3.5 software packages were used for statistical analysis and data mining.[Results] A total of 433 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were included, and 155 kinds of drugs were used. The total frequency of occurrence was 7 198 times. Data analysis showed that there were 6 groups of commonly used prescriptions.[Conclusion] Professor TAN Jinchuan's treatment of chronic renal failure is based on warming spleen and kidney, promoting blood circulation, removing turbidity and detoxification. |
