| 甘草干姜汤出自《伤寒杂病论》，因其仅有两味，后世医家鲜少单独使用。然甘草干姜汤药简力专，在准确辨证的基础上单独应用也卓有成效。故选取张立山教授验案3则以作分享，包括系统性硬化症相关间质性肺疾病、过敏性鼻炎及严重畏寒，并总结甘草干姜汤使用的辨证要点，供临床工作者参考。 |

| Gancao Ganjiang Decoction is a well-known decoction which comes from Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous. Because it has only two herbs, it is rarely used alone by later physicians alone. However, the Gancao Ganjiang Decoction is simple and effective, and it is also effective when applied alone on the basis of accurate syndrome differentiation. Therefore, we selected three experience cases of Professor ZHANG Lishan, including systemic sclerosis-related interstitial lung disease, allergic rhinitis and severe chills, and summarized the key points of syndrome differentiation in the use of Gancao Ganjiang Decoction for clinical reference. |
