| 摘要: |
| 中医药在新型冠状病毒肺炎防治的全过程中发挥着重要的作用，目前应对重型患者，中医疗法以中药注射剂为主。宣肺败毒方为“中药+科技”的产物，赋宣肺理气、化湿解毒之理，具有抑制病毒感染、降低炎症因子、促进肺部炎症吸收等作用。在辨证论治前提下，以宣肺败毒方为主，治愈重型新型冠状病毒肺炎1例，将其病案报告总结如下，以期为该病的临床治疗与进一步研究提供参考。 |

| Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). At present,to deal with severe patients,traditional Chinese medicine injections are the main treatment methods. Xuanfei Baidu Decoction is a product of "Chinese medicine+science and technology". It is endowed with the principles of promoting lung and regulating qi,removing dampness and detoxification,and has the effects of inhibiting virus infection,reducing inflammatory factors,and promoting the absorption of lung inflammation. Under the premise of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the team mainly used Xuanfei Baidu Decoction to cure 1 case of severe COVID-19. The medical record report is summarized as follows,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment and further research of the disease. |
