国医大师张大宁教授治疗腹泻经验浅析

摘要:

张大宁教授认为，慢性腹泻的基本病因为本虚标实，本虚以脾肾阳虚、命门火衰为主，标实以肝郁、伤食、湿热、寒湿为主。临床治疗中，张大宁教授针对腹泻的病因病机，提出补肾健脾、温补命门、固涩止泻之法，以四神丸和补中益气汤加减，临证做到整体局部相结合、理证治病相结合、多种治法相结合。

Abstract:

Professor ZHANG Daning believes that the basic pathogenesis of chronic diarrhea is due to deficiency of primary symptoms and sthenia of secondary symptoms. The deficiency of primary symptoms are mainly deficiency of yang of the spleen and kidney,and fire failure of mingmen. The sthenia of secondary symptoms are mainly liver depression,food injury,damp-heat,cold-dampness. During the clinical treatment,Professor ZHANG Daning proposed methods of invigorating the kidney and strengthening the spleen,warming and strengthening the mingmen,strengthening the astringent and stopping diarrhea in the clinical treatment. With the addition and subtraction of Sishen Pill and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,the clinical treatment is to achieve the integration of the whole and the part,the combination of the rationale and syndrome treatment,and the combination of multiple treatment methods.
