| 哮喘是呼吸系统常见的难治性疾病，历代医家对于哮喘的病机多有阐发，认为肺中伏痰是发病的宿根。清代医家黄元御在《四圣心源》中强调中气在疾病的中核心作用，文章基于黄元御“一气周流，土枢四象”理论探讨哮喘的诊治，认为哮喘的关键病机是“中土虚损，兼及他脏”，治疗中首当培补中气，兼及四维，使气机流转，咳喘乃消，为临床治疗提供新的思路。 |

| Asthma is a common refractory disease of respiratory system. Doctors of past dynasties have expounded the pathogenesis of asthma,and think that phlegm in lung is the perennial root of the disease. HUANG Yuanyu,a physician in Qing Dynasty,emphasized the central role of zhongqi in diseases in Sisheng Xinyuan. Based on HUANG Yuanyu's theory of "qi cycle in round,soil pivot four organs",this paper discusses the diagnosis and treatment of asthma,and holds that the key pathogenesis of asthma is "deficiency of middle soil and damage to the other organs". In the treatment,the first step is to cultivate and supplement zhongqi and take other organs into account,which can make qi flow and cough and asthma disappear,thus providing new ideas for clinical treatment. |
