从“因滞致虚，因虚夹邪”论治慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变

摘要:

慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变属中医“痞满”“胃脘痛”“嘈杂”“反酸”等范畴，刘华一教授认为其基本病机为“因滞致虚，因虚夹邪”，多种原因导致的脾胃虚弱是其致病基础，瘀毒互结是重要的病理因素，“滞”“虚”“邪”贯穿整个疾病过程。其发病以“虚”为本，“滞”“邪”为标，治疗应以“通”为要，行滞、补虚、驱邪，方能补而不滞，标本兼顾。

Abstract:

The precancerous lesions of gastric cancer (PLGC) of chronic atrophic gastritis belong to "distention and fullness""epigastric pain""epigastric upset""sour regurgitation" in traditional Chinese medicine. Professor LIU Huayi thinks its basic pathogenesis is "deficiency due to stagnation,clamping evil due to deficiency". Weakness of the spleen and stomach caused by various reasons is the basis of its pathogenicity,blood stasis and toxin formation are important pathological factors,and "stagnation""deficiency" and "evil" throughout the whole process of the disease. "Deficiency" is the principal cause,and "stagnation""evil" as the secondary. The treatment should be based on "tong",performing stagnation,supplementing deficiency,and exorcising evil,can treat focusing on relieving both the secondary and primary symptoma.
