| 寻常型痤疮是累及毛囊皮脂腺的一种慢性炎症性皮肤病，好发于青年男女，临床表现为粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、囊肿、结节等多形性皮损，散在对称分布于面、胸、背。文章主要介绍马晓北教授治疗寻常型痤疮的经验，马教授认为风热、痰湿、气郁、阴虚等因素使得人体气机升降失常为根本病机，治疗上重点调理人体气机的通畅，方用升降散加减，取得良好疗效。 |

| Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease involving hair follicles and sebaceous glands. It occurs mostly in young men and women. The clinical manifestations are pleomorphic skin lesions such as acne,papules,pustules,cysts,and nodules,scattered symmetrically on the face,chest and back. This article mainly introduces Professor MA Xiaobei's experience in treating acne vulgaris. She believes that factors such as wind-heat,phlegm-dampness,stagnation of qi,and yin deficiency,make the body's qi dysfunction as the fundamental pathology. The treatment focuses on regulating the qi's patency. Recipe with Shengjiang San addition and subtraction achieved good curative effect. |
