| 糖尿病肾病（DKD）是糖尿病最主要的慢性并发症之一，已成为终末期肾病的最常见原因。目前西医治疗DKD仍缺乏有效的手段和方法，近年来，中医药从络论治DKD已成为焦点，积极探讨DKD的中医病名和病因病机，可以为中医药治疗糖尿病肾病提供理论依据，众多学者强调肾络损伤在DKD中的重要性，治疗上多采用分期结合分型辨证的治则治法，早期注重养气阴恢复肾脏气化功能，中期注重祛邪通络，晚期在通络的基础上注重顾护肾阳，填养肾精。 |

| Diabetic kidney disease(DKD) is one of the most important chronic complications of diabetes, and has become the most common cause of end stage renal disease. At present, there is still no effective method and method for treatment of DKD in Western medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment of DKD from collateral theory has become the focus recently. To explore the name and pathogenesis of the DKD can provide theoretical basis for the treatment of DKD. Many scholars emphasize the importance of damage of kidney collateral in DKD. The treatment method of combining classification and differentiation of syndrome differentiation is adopted. In the early stage, it focuses on Nourishing qi and yin to restore the function of kidney, and paying attention to removing pathogenic factors in the middle term. In the late stage, we should pay attention to protecting kidney yang and filling kidney essence on the basis of eliminating pathogenic factors. |
