| 产后身痛是指产褥期内出现肢体或关节酸楚、疼痛、麻木、重着，日久不愈，延续至产褥期以后者。文章总结了赵瑞华教授治疗产后身痛的经验，赵教授谨遵产后身痛“气虚百节开张”的病机特点，治疗以调补脾胃气血、调和营卫阴阳、调畅气机升降为关键，兼以散寒除湿，活血止痛，通阳除痹等，临床疗效显著，并附验案2则详述。 |

| Puerperal general aching refers to the occurrence of soreness,pain,numbness and heaviness of limbs or joints during the puerperium,even after the puerperium period. This article summarizes the experience of Professor ZHAO Ruihua on treatment of puerperal general aching. Professor ZHAO complies with the pathogenesis of puerperal general aching "the disfunction of joints is due to qi deficiency". The key point of treatment is to regulate qi and bloods of spleen and stomach,adjust ying and wei,adjust functional activities of qi. Two proved cases were attached. |
