| 摘要: |
| 泄泻是肝癌患者常见并发症，严重影响患者的生存质量。贾建伟教授从事肝病临床诊疗工作三十余载，注重中医药在急危重症中的作用，依据黄元御一气周流理论进行肝癌泄泻的辨治，常用升降散化裁，调节气机的升降出入，以达到“五脏元真通畅，人即安和”，泄泻自止的目的。 |

| Diarrhea is a common complication in patients with liver cancer,which seriously affects the quality of life. Professor JIA Jianwei has been engaged in clinical diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases for more than 30 years. He has paid attention to the role of traditional Chinese medicine in acute and critical diseases. He puts forward the theory of differentiation and treatment of diarrhea patients with liver cancer based on HUANG Yuanyu's theory of one-gas circulation. He commonly used Shengjiang Powder flexible modification,regulating the circulation of human qi,so as to achieve the goal of "yuanzhen in five zang circulates well,the body will keep fit" and diarrhea self-stop. |
